Conecta Navarra Rural: All Together to Boost Connectivity

All the local action groups in Navarre have come together in the cooperative project Conecta Navarra Rural. Its goal is to optimize functionality in their territories and the efficiency of their resources by improving connectivity, addressed by the project in all its possible facets—digital connectivity, connectivity among people, and connectivity of local products. Its ultimate aim is to revitalize the territory, encourage residents to stay, and attract new population. The competitive disadvantage faced by rural areas due to lower digital capabilities can be mitigated through the project’s triple connectivity approach, which has conducted 98 digitalization workshops (around 1,000 participants), online working groups, 26 roundtables, 11 professional meetings on local products, and 157 Escape Room events (1,319 participants).
